SoCo Gluten-Free Cream Ale Extract Kit

Our Gluten-Free Cream Ale features Sorghum extract and Mt Hood hops.  Mt Hood hops provide very light spice and floral flavors and aromas.  BriesSweet™ White Sorghum Extract is a gluten free, 100% concentrated wort made from the unmalted grain, not the cane, of the white sorghum plant.  We recommend using Lallemand Nottingham Ale yeast because this yeast is Gluten-Free.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast or priming sugar.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
