SoCo Citra IPA - Partial Mash
This Citra IPA showcases the citrus notes that you get with US Citra hops. Â Citra hops have aromas and flavors of grapefruit, melon, lime, gooseberry, and passionfruit. Â This recipe uses American 2 row malt for mild maltiness and Caramel Crystal Malt 20L which provides a mild caramel flavor.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale yeast. Using one of the alternative recommended yeasts may result in slightly higher levels of attenuation and a slightly lower final gravity.
Yeast Pitch Rate:Â We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
