SoCo Belgian Dubbel - Partial Mash
A Trappist-style ale with a little bit of Aromatic Malt and Special B malt for enhanced malt character and Candi Syrup 45 for enhanced color and light dark fruit flavors. East Kent Golding and Styrian Golding (Celeia) hops provide a light hop bitterness and some light floral and earthy flavors and aromas. Â

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP530 Abbey Ale yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.
