SoCo Australian Sparkling Ale - Partial Mash

An easy drinking and refreshing ale that is golden in color.  This beer features Australian Galaxy hops which provide flavors of peach, guava, and oranges.  The hop bitterness is light.  Serve cold and sparklingly well carbonated!

• ABV:  4.9%
• IBU:  25.8
• SRM:  4.8
• OG:  1.048
• FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
