SoCo American Hefeweizen - All Grain

This wheat beer features American base grains, American Hops, and German Hefeweizen yeast.  You get all of the banana and clove flavors of a German style Hefeweizen while using American hops and grain!

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.5%
• OG:  1.055
• FG:  1.013
• IBU:  13
• SRM:  3.7

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
