Amarillo® Armadillo Session IPA - All Grain

A low alcohol, easy drinking session IPA with mild bitterness and a ton of flavor.  Simcoe and Amarillo® hops provide ample citrus, pine and grapefruit flavors.  A light amount of Crystal 20L provides a touch of caramel sweetness while keeping the color of this beer a golden color.

• IBU:  36.0
• SRM:  5.2
• OG:  1.044
• FG:  1.009

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Lallemand BRY-97 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in final gravity and alcohol content.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
