SoCo 1 Gallon Black IPA

A black colored IPA which features debittered black malt and crystal 60L that provide light roasty and caramel flavors.  Using debittered black malt provides much less bitter flavors that you get when you use regular black malt or roasted barley so that you get a smoother flavor.  Cascade and Simcoe hops provide a strong bitterness along with citrus, grapefruit, and pine flavors and aromas.

• FG:  1.014
