Selfie Rex Cryo Pale Ale - All Grain

The Selfie Rex Cryo Pale Ale is packed with citrus, pine, and berry flavors and aromas.  This pale ale uses Cryo hop pellets which are made by extracting the resins and aromatic oils from the hop leaf.  This allows for bright hop flavors.  Golden promise malt, honey malt, crystal 40L malt, and flaked wheat provide light malty flavors and a golden hue.

• SRM:  6.5
• IBU:  35.9
• OG:  1.051
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast. The other recommended yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
