MultiStar Light Blonde Ale - All Grain

A less alcohol version of our MuliStar blonde ale.  This is a perfect river or picnic beer.  This grain bill is simple with 6-row malt, German pilsen malt, and flaked corn which keeps the color a light gold/straw color.  Flaked Maize/Corn adds some light corn flavor that is very common in American style lagers and ales. Hallertau hops provide a very faint hop bitterness.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Fermentis US-05 American Ale dry yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
