Traditional Dark Liquid Malt Extract (LME) is often used in partial mash beers such as stouts, porters, and other dark colored beers.

CBW Traditional Dark is 100% pure malted barley extract made from 100% malt and water. Traditional Dark can be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color, flavor and gravity of all grain beers.  Traditional Dark is also available as Dry Malt Extract (DME).
