Leaky Tent American Stout - Partial Mash

An easy drinking American style stout perfect for moments like when you find out you have a leaky tent during a storm in the middle of the night.  This 6.1% ABV stout is is balanced with Crystal 40L, Black Malt, and Coffee malt providing your dark roast, coffee, and caramel flavors while Chinook and Cascade hops provide complimentary hop bitterness.

• 45.1 IBU
• 1.062 OG
• 1.016 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
