By using this tap, you are pumping oxygen into the keg. Oxygen causes beer to go flat very rapidly. The Keg
with usually only stay fresh for a day or two at the most. This tap is not to be used to keep beer fresh for any
great length of time. To keep beer fresher longer, a CO2 system should be used.
