Yeast is an important ingredient in determining the flavor and clarity of your beer. There is a wide range of dry and liquid beer yeasts and brands. There is a lot more liquid yeast choices than dry yeast choices.  However, the number of dry yeast varieties has been recently increasing. Both liquid yeasts and dry yeasts will produce excellent beer.
