Honey Pi Honey Blonde Ale - All Grain

This Honey Blonde Ale is named after our store mascot Honey Pi and is packed with honey flavors. We included a pound of Good Flow brand wildflower honey and 12 ounces of honey malt on top of a solid blonde ale recipe.  This is a great summer beer with a lot of honey flavor.

  • Grain:  2 Row Malt, Vienna Malt, and Honey Malt
  • Hops: Northern Brewer
  • Other Sugars:  Wildflower Honey
• IBU:  20.6
• SRM:  5.7

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1272 American Ale II yeast.  Other recommended yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
