Wheat Ales - Partial Mash

Our 5 gallon wheat ale recipe kits include American Wheat, Hefeweizen, Dunkelweizen, Witbier, Weizenbock, Grodsiskie, Gose, & Dampfbier. These recipes use a higher percentage of wheat malt than other styles of beer.  Each of these 5 gallon partial mash recipes are designed for brewing on basic homebrew equipment. Each recipe will use around 1.5 to 3.5 pounds of grain and 3 to 12 pounds of liquid or dry malt extract.
