Cruisin Canoe IPA - Partial Mash

This 6.3% ABV IPA combines citrus, grapefruit, and pine hop flavors with the enhanced malty flavors added with the addition of brown malt, crystal 40l, and Munich malt.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  6.3%
• Ingredients:
  • Grains: 2-Row Malt, Munich Malt, Crystal 40L Malt, and Brown Malt
  • Extract: Pilsen Light LME and Pilsen Light DME
  • Hops: Nugget, Chinook, and Centennial
• IBU:  55
• SRM:  8.9
  • Beer Color:
• OG:  1.060
• FG:  1.013

This recipe kit DOES NOT include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Fermentis SafAle US-05. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
