Cherry Holiday Ale - All Grain

Our Cherry Holiday Ale is packed with cherry, caramel, and chocolate flavors.  This delicious 6.4% ale is balanced towards maltiness and complemented with English Challenger and Fuggle hops.  We also added a pound of wildflower honey to the recipe.

Characteristics:

• 6.4% ABV
• 22.3 IBU
• 14.6 SRM
• 1.063 OG
• 1.014 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Brew In A Bag Nylon Straining Bag
• Brew In A Bag Straining Bag With Handles

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
• Fine Mesh Nylon Hop Bag With Drawstring

Natural Flavoring Dosage:

• Use 2 ounces for light fruit flavor
• Use 3 ounces for medium fruit flavor
• Use 4 ounces for heavy fruit flavor
