Pellet hops have become the standard for brewing consistent quality beer. We carry a wide range of hops from around the world with flavors and aromas that can be described as citrus, pine, herbal, spice, wood & more. 

Choose your hops based primarily on alpha acids and flavor and aroma.  The flavor and aroma of your hop selection needs to be beer style appropriate. For example, you want to pick spicy & herbal Germany style noble hops for a Kolsch or German Pilsner. The alpha acid level on the hop package will tell you how bitter your beer will be. Some American style hops will have higher alpha acids (10-18%) while some more traditional European hops will have lower alpha acids (3-6%).
