Bayou Classic 16" Banjo Burner - 30 PSI
The Bayou Classic High Pressure Banjo Burner is one of Bayou Classic’s most powerful cast iron burners and a great choice for 10 gallon all-grain brews. This powerful burner will quickly bring 10 to 15 gallons of wort in a tri-clad Kettle to a rolling boil.
This burner is ntended for large batch cooking with a broad flame and wide range of flame control. The burner provides infrared cooking on low settings, and inferno flames when turned up high.
