16" Bayou Classic Burner - 5 PSI
The 16" Bayou Classic Square 5 PSI Propane Burner is one of Bayou Classic’s more popular propane burners and a great choice for 5 gallon all-grain or partial mash brews. This burner has the capability of bringing 6-8 gallons of wort in a heavy duty kettle with a tri-clad bottom to a rolling boil.
This propane burner’s top measures 16 x 16, which is viewed as more stable than the round propane burners. The height of this propane burner measures 13 inches tall. The needle valve on the square propane burner gives you complete control over the amount of flame, so you can cook food or heat beverages properly. The Bayou Classic Square Propane Burner includes a high pressure regulator.
