Our 1 gallon mead making kit includes the following:

• 2 Gallon Fermentation Bucket & Grommeted Lid
• Airlock
• Yeast Nutrient (2 oz)
• Potassium Metabisulfite (2 oz)
• Mini Auto-Siphon & 5 Feet of Tubing
• Tubing Clamp for regulating flow during siphoning
• 1 Gallon Jug plus 6.5 Rubber Stopper
• D-47 White Wine Yeast

You can find our selection of honey here.  We recommend using 2 to 3 pounds of honey per gallon of mead you are making to achieve an alcohol level of 10 to 15%.
