Wine Tannin - 1 oz
Tannin adds astringency and structure to the body of a wine. This is a dry form of premium Slovakian wine tannin from the heart of the European/Spanish Chestnut tree.
Recommended Dosage:
- White or rosé wine mus: use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon
- Red wine must: use 1/3 teaspoon per gallon
- Fruit wine must: use 1/2 teaspoon per gallon
