Use Willamette to add floral, incense, and elderberry aromas and flavors. It is mild and pleasant, with slightly spicy and floral tones. It was released in 1976 and is named after Oregon's Willamette River which runs through the heart of the state's hop growing region. Possible Substitutions: Fuggle, Glacier, Tettnang, and Styrian Golding.
