Tree Bench American Brown Ale - All Grain

An American style Brown Ale with Chocolate Malt and Caravienne Malt giving this beer some pronounced chocolate and light caramel flavors.  Vienna malt provides some enhanced malty/biscuity flavors.  Galena hops contribute a moderate amount of bitterness and some light fruit and spice aromas.

• 5.6% ABV

  • Grains: 2 Row Malt, Vienna Malt, Caravienne Malt, and Chocolate Malt
  • Hops:  Galena
• 25.0 IBU
• 22.4 SRM

• 1.054 OG
• 1.012 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Lallemand BRY-97 yeast.  Using other recommended yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
