This 1 gallon oat stout recipe features Wildfire Pale malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth Texas.  Flaked oats, black malt, and crystal 80L malt are used to provide the dark roast color and flavor while flaked oats provide the body, mouth feel, and oat flavor that you find with oat stouts.
