Texas 1 Gallon Hefeweizen

A German style wheat beer featuring TexMalt Pilsen malt and white wheat malt.  Crystal hops provide a very light hop bitterness.  Choosing a Hefeweizen style yeast will help give this ale the banana and clove flavors that you expect with a Hefeweizen ale.

• SRM:  3.3
• OG:  1.046
• FG:  1.010
