This 4.4% ABV American style wheat beer features tangerine peel that adds tangy citrus flavors to this refreshing ale.  Cascade hops contribute light bitterness and some additional citrus flavors.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using LalBrew BRY-97 ale yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops
