Superdelic™ Pale Ale - All Grain

Our Superdelic™ Pale Ale features New Zealand Superdelic hops that have very distinct berry, tropical fruit, and citrus flavors and aromas.  Crystal 20L malt provides very light caramel flavors that allow the Superdelic hops to shine.

• ABV:  5.1%
• SRM:  6.1
• IBU:  38.5
• OG:  1.049
• FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. Strata Pale Ale was designed using Fermentis Safale US-05 dry yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity. 

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
