Sparkolloid Powder

Sparkolloid powder is a fining agent used to clarify wine and beer.  Sparkolloid powder contains containing diatomaceous earth and alginates.  

Directions:  Dissolve 1 tablespoon of powder in 8 fl oz of water for 5 mins. Add hot mixture to 6 gallons of wine. Stir gently. Wait 1 week to rack or bottle.
