SoCo Warm Winter - Partial Mash
This winter warmer ale is loaded with flavor. Cinnamon sticks, Juniper berries, and ginger root provide a festive flavor combination perfect for the holiday season. Crystal 60L Malt, Biscuit Malt, and Chocolate malt provide strong caramel and biscuit flavors with hints of chocolate.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity. Â
Yeast Pitch Rate:Â We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
