SoCo Tropical Stout - All Grain

This 6.7% ABV tropical stout is a fruity, smooth, and easy drinking malt-forward stout.  Special B malt, and crystal 80L malt provide some raisin and caramel flavors.  Strata hops provide a light bitterness and some light strawberry and melon flavors and aromas.

• 6.7% ABV
• 35.0 SRM
• 36.9 IBU
• 1.070 OG
• 1.019 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP005 liquid yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
