SoCo Texas Strong Ale - Partial Mash
An 8.6% ABV American style Strong Ale that features Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas. Amarillo® hops and Centennial hops provide strong citrus, pine, and grapefruit flavors. Crystal malts and pale chocolate malt give this ale a deep amber hue. For yeast, we recommend using Cali Girl from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio, Texas.

Yeast Pitch Rate: We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
