SoCo Texas Stout - All Grain
A 7% ABV stout featuring Wildfire Pale Malt from TexMalt in Fort Worth Texas. This stout also features Nugget and Cascade hops but is balanced towards the roasty, caramel, bready and biscuit malt flavors. For yeast, we recommend using Cali Girl Ale Yeast from San Antonio's Community Cultures Yeast Lab.
