SoCo Texas Golden Ale - Partial Mash

A lightly hopped light golden colored ale featuring the light citrus flavors of Cascade hops and San Jacinto Heritage 2 Row Malt that is malted by TexMalt in Fort Worth, Texas.  This is a light and refreshing 4.8% ABV ale.  For yeast, we recommend using Cali Girl from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio, Texas.

  • 22.6 IBU
  • 3.5 SRM
  • 1.046 OG
  • 1.010 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
