SoCo Texas Brown Ale - Partial Mash

This robust 6.6% ABV Texas Brown ale features Fort Worth malted TexMalt Wildfire Pale Ale Malt.  This brown ale is hopped with Nugget hops and further flavored with chocolate malt, crystal 60L, crystal 120L, and munich malt.  For yeast, we recommend using Cali Girl from Community Cultures Yeast Lab in San Antonio, Texas.

• 26.3 IBU
• 23.2 SRM
• 1.063 OG
• 1.013 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
