SoCo Smoky Brown Ale - All Grain

A 5.5% ABV American Brown ale with a pound of oak smoked wheat malt which provides rich smoke aromas.  This Brown ale features Chinook and Willamette hops which contribute pine, spice, and grapefruit flavors and aromas.

Characteristics:

• 5.5% ABV
• 25.3 IBU
• 23.4 SRM
• 1.056 OG
• 1.014 FG

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
