SoCo Simcoe Pale Ale - Partial Mash

A 5.5% American style pale ale featuring the passionfruit, pine, and apricot flavors of Simcoe hops. American 2 row malt, crystal 40L and Victory malt contribute complimentary malty flavors.

• ABV:  5.5%
• IBU:  341.0
• SRM:  7.7
• OG:  1.053
• FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
