SoCo Rye IPA - All Grain

A juice IPA which combines the crisp and spicy flavors of rye with the strong citrus flavors of Mosaic and Centennial hops.  Mosaic hops provide mango, pine, citrus and herbal flavors and aromas.  Centennial hops contribute citrus and grapefruit flavors and aromas.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  6.7%
• OG:  1.064
• FG:  1.014
• IBU:  54.3
• SRM:  7.7

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Brew In A Bag Nylon Straining Bag
• Brew In A Bag Straining Bag With Handles. 

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag
• Fine Mesh Nylon Hop Bag With Drawstring

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast.  Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
