Do you like BBQ?  Then you might like this Rauchbier.  This Rauchbier uses 3 pounds of Beech Smoked Rauch Malt to give this beer very distinct smoke aromas and flavors.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.5%
• IBU:  24.7
• SRM:  15.9
• OG:  1.052
• FG:  1.010

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
