SoCo Maui Bock (Maibock)- All Grain

This 6.5% Maibock lager has bready and light caramel flavors from Vienna malt and Caramunich malt.  Mt. Hood hops provide a light bitterness and light spicy noble hop style flavors and aromas.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  6.5%
• IBU:  26.2
• SRM:  8.1
• OG:  1.067
• FG:  1.018

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
