SoCo Kolsch - Partial Mash
A traditional German style ale that resembles a pale lager. The recommended Kolsch ale yeasts ferment at higher ale temperatures but still provide a crisp clean finish that you expect with lagers. This Kolsch is pale straw in color and low in bitterness.  Tettnang and Hallertau hops provide subtle spice and floral flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity. Â
