This Irish Red Ale is an easy drinking pint, malt forward with a caramel sweetness.  Cascade hops provide light floral and grapefruit flavors and aromas.

  • Grains: Pale Malt, Munich Malt, CaraRed Malt, and Crystal 120L Malt
  • Hops: East Kent Golding & Cascade
• IBU:  22.7
• SRM:  12

• FG:  1.014

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP004 Irish Ale Yeast. Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
