SoCo Imperial Cream Ale - Partial Mash
This 7.3% Imperial Cream ale is not your ordinary cream ale. 2 Row Malt and 6 Row Malt make up the majority of the grist. Flaked Corn adds traditional cream ale flavors and creaminess to this ale.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP080 Cream Ale yeast. Using other recommended yeasts may result in slightly different levels of attenuation and final gravity. Â
Yeast Pitch Rate:Â We highly recommend preparing a yeast starter or using 2 packets of yeast for this recipe due to the high original gravity (OG) in order to keep the yeast happy and healthy.
