SoCo Hoppy Wheat - Partial Mash
This American style wheat ale pushes the limits on alcohol (5.6%) and bitterness (34.3 IBU) for this style. Nectaron hops are featured and provide flavors and aromas of passion fruit, peach, grapefruit, and pineapple.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1010 American Wheat Ale yeast. Using an alternative recommended yeast will result in slight variations in final gravity and ABV.
