SoCo Honey English Bitter - Partial Mash

This English style Best Bitter is a light amber colored ale with floral hop flavors and aromas.  This ale has a slightly sweet honey taste from the addition of honey malt and Wildflower honey which adds a twist to this traditional English style beer.

• SRM:  8.1
• IBU:  28
• OG:  1.048
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 1968 liquid yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:
