SoCo Honey Blonde - Partial Mash

A great summer beer.  The SoCo Honey Blonde Ale is a light and refreshing beer.  The beer features honey malt for subtle honey flavors and Cluster hops for very light hop bitterness.  This recipe also include a pound of wildflower honey.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  5.1%
• IBU:  18.9
• OG:  1.047
• FG:  1.008

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page.  These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

• Large Muslin Bag (Single Use)
• Jumbo Nylon Straining Bag (Reusable)

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:

• Small Muslin Hop Boiling Bag (Single Use)
• Fine Mesh Nylon Hop Bag With Drawstring (Reusable)
