SoCo Helles - All Grain

This beer is dominated by the clean and crisp taste of German Pilsen malt and the light spiciness of German noble hops.  This beer is similar to a German Pils but has less hop bitterness.

Characteristics:

• ABV:  4.7%
• IBU:  20.1
• SRM:  3.2
• OG:  1.046
• FG:  1.011

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. This recipe was designed using Wyeast 2308 liquid yeast.  Using an alternative yeast may result in slight variations in attenuation and final gravity.

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
