SoCo Hefeweizen - Extract
A traditional German style hefeweizen with a perfect balance of banana and clove notes. Bavarian Wheat and Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract are used for a malt base while German Hallertau hops are use to provide a very light hop bitterness. The German Hefeweizen style yeasts listed above provide the banana and clove flavors that are traditional in a Hefeweizen ale.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast. Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
