Flying Kiwi Pale Ale - Partial Mash
A New Zealand inspired pale ale featuring New Zealand Superdelic and Motueka hops. These hops provide pleasant berry, citrus, and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags. However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity. This recipe was designed using White Labs WLP041 Pacific Ale yeast. Using an alternative yeast like Fermentis Safale US-05 will likely lead to a final gravity as low as 1.013 which would reduce the sweetness and increase the ABV to as high as 6.3%.

* We strongly recommend adding an ice pack when ordering liquid yeast. Transit times can vary and liquid yeast works best when it remains cold until the day you brew.
