SoCo ESB - All Grain

Our SoCo ESB has a red hue that comes from Crystal 60L Malt and Special B Malt which also give this English ale some caramel and raisin flavors. Target and East Kent Golding hops provide moderate amounts of bitterness and some spice, thyme, and earthy flavors and aromas.

• ABV:  5.5%
• IBU:  37
• SRM:  14.3
• OG:  1.054
• FG:  1.012

This recipe kit DOES NOT  include yeast, priming sugar or grain bags.  However, we do give you yeast options at the top of the page. These yeasts may have different levels of attenuation which may result in slight variations in the final gravity.  

Priming Sugar:  For priming sugar, we recommend the following:

• 5 oz Priming Sugar
• Carbonation Drops

Grain Bags:  If you need a grain bag, we recommend the following:

Hop Straining Bags:  If you need hop straining bags, we recommend the following:
